Top Media Application Usage Guidelines

Welcome to Top Media! Our application is designed to foster a safe, respectful,
and enjoyable social networking environment. All users are required to follow
these guidelines. Non-compliance may result in account suspension or permanent
removal, along with blacklisting from future access.

Content Restrictions
1. Gambling and Monetary Benefit Content

Users are strictly prohibited from posting, promoting, or engaging in content
related to gambling, betting, or other monetarily incentivized activities.

2. NSFW and Inappropriate Content

Content posted on Top Media must be safe for users under the age of 17.
Users are not allowed to post, engage in, or promote NSFW (Not Safe for
Work) material or any content deemed inappropriate. This includes text,
images, videos, and livestreams.

3. Respectful Communication

Interactions on Top Media should be respectful. Any form of harassment, hate
speech, or discriminatory language—including racial, sexist, or backgroundbased remarks—is strictly prohibited across comments, messages, and
livestreams.

4. Livestream Content

Hosts and participants in livestreams are required to maintain a positive,
inclusive atmosphere. Livestreams must not feature adult or explicit content,
including NSFW or pornographic material. Inappropriate behavior or content
will result in action from the Top Media team, which may include account
suspension or permanent removal.

information of others without consent. Violating others’ privacy, including
sharing personal details or impersonating others, is prohibited and may lead to
account suspension or removal.

All posts, comments, reels, and other content created by users remain the
property of their respective creators. However, users are responsible for
ensuring that their content complies with Top Media’s guidelines. Content
violations may lead to:

Suspension or permanent removal for repeated violations.

3. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts. Any
activity involving unauthorized account access, hacking attempts, or
password misuse will result in immediate account suspension and possible
reporting to authorities.
Relevance and Quality Standards

1. Content Relevance
To maintain quality and relevance, users are encouraged to share posts,
comments, and reels that are meaningful to their followers and the Top Media
community. Spam or off-topic content, including irrelevant comments, may
result in a warning or account action.

2. Community Contributions
Users are welcome to engage in healthy, constructive discussions and content
creation. Contributions that enrich the community experience and align with
the Top Media values of respect, inclusivity, and creativity are highly
encouraged.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please use the
reporting feature available in the app. Our moderation team reviews reports
carefully and takes appropriate action to maintain a safe environment.
Consequences of Violation
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in a warning, account
suspension, or permanent removal, depending on the severity of the violation. Our
team is committed to making Top Media a safe, friendly, and respectful
